Single Account Policy
Each player is permitted to hold one active account only. If a player is found to have registered more than one account — including accounts registered with different mobile numbers or payment details — all accounts will be suspended immediately, bonus balances forfeited, and any winnings derived from bonus funds cancelled. ma71 employs device fingerprinting and IP monitoring to detect duplicate accounts.

Password and Credential Security

Account Closure and Suspension
ma71 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion if it believes the account has been used for fraudulent purposes, in breach of these Terms, or in a manner that poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players. In such cases, ma71 may withhold any balance pending investigation. Players wishing to close their own account voluntarily should contact support via live chat.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
ma71 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and Dutch-Bangla Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Players are solely responsible for providing accurate payment details. ma71 is not liable for funds lost due to incorrect payment information provided by the player.

Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal Amounts
The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. ma71 does not charge processing fees on deposits or withdrawals made via supported local payment methods. Any fees charged by the player's own bank or mobile wallet provider are the player's responsibility. Withdrawal Processing Times
Withdrawal requests are processed within minutes to a few hours during standard Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) operating hours. Self-Exclusion and Deposit Limits

Prohibited Activities
